Acetochlor is a selective pre-emergence herbicide, which is mainly absorbed by the hypocotyl of the monocotyledonous coleoptile or dicotyledon, and is absorbed upward after absorption, inhibiting cell growth mainly by blocking protein synthesis, and making weed sprouts The root growth stops and then dies. Gramineous weeds have stronger ability to absorb acetochlor than broadleaf weeds, so the effect of controlling weeds is better than that of broadleaf weeds. The duration of acetochlor in the soil is about 45 days, mainly through microbial degradation, and the mobility in the soil is small, mainly in the 0-3 cm soil layer.
