Mechanism of Action

Flutriafol belongs to the demethylation inhibitor (DMI) group of fungicides. It works by blocking the biosynthesis of ergosterol, an essential component of fungal cell membranes. This inhibition results in abnormal membrane formation, arrested hyphal growth, and ultimately the destruction of fungal cells.

• Systemic movement: Rapid absorption through foliage and roots, followed by upward xylem translocation.
