Cyhalofop butyl is mainly used to control important gramineous weeds. It is highly effective against Euphorbia pulcherrima, Echinochloa crusgalli, Echinochloa crusgalli, Setaria Setaria, Achyranthes vulgaris, Ophiopogon japonicus and so on. But it has no effect on Cyperaceae weeds and broad-leaved weeds.
It is mainly used for transplanting rice field and direct seeding rice field. Cyhalofop butyl has excellent selectivity to rice. Based on the different metabolic rate, Cyhalofop butyl can be rapidly degraded into diacid state with no activity of P-acetyl CoA carboxylase in rice, so Cyhalofop butyl is highly safe for rice. Because of its rapid degradation in soil and typical paddy water, it is safe for subsequent crops.
A. Cyhalofop butyl is a kind of herbicide with internal absorption and transmission, which must be absorbed by stems and leaves, and conduct in the weed plant, and play a role in the growth point. The weed plants should be exposed to the liquid as much as possible.
B. When used in rice fields, it is necessary to drain first, so that weed plants can be exposed to more than 2/3. High concentration and even fine spray can reclaim water for 24 hours, so that the liquid can absorb and transmit fully.
